53 Boats, $285,000.00, One Good Time! August 20, 2009 The 6th Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament kicked off last night in typical style. Friends connected amid laughter, music and a great feast provided by Chick's Oyster Bar. With "Bill" still a threat on the horizon, the fleet decided to fish today—only two boats, Git-R-Done and Water Dog decided to Lay.
