Right before noon, on a day where the fish were hard to find, Waverunner came upon a pod of white marlin and angler Neil Klar caught and released three fish within 20 minutes. Added to the white marlin he released the day before secured Waverunner, captained by Mike Standing, the Top Boat Award and brought Klar Top Angler honors.

High Hopes held on to second place and Obsession moved into third. Obsession caught all of their fish on circle hooks winning them the Top Circle Hook Team award also.

The Gamefish Division standings remained the same with Poor Girl winning Top Dolphin (33.0 lbs.), Warrior Top Tuna, (51.3 lbs.) and Huntress Top Wahoo (77.8 lbs.).
