VBBT to Auction Lexus GX470 SUV
Lexus GX470 SUV Charles Barker Lexus has generously donated another Lexus GX470 SUV to be auctioned at the Awards Banquet Saturday, August 27.

Proceeds will once again go to benefit the Boys and Girls Club. Last year's auction raised $46,500.

The vehicle will be on display at the Pirate's Cove Billfish Tournament (August 15-19) and throughout the week at the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament (August 24-27).

IN YOUR WORDS...
Allen DeSilva Allen DeSilva, Fortuna

"Deirdre, the VBBT is one of the best run tournaments I have ever fished.

The food and entertainment was as good as it gets and hats off to you and Paula for organizing everything so well.

What can I say—It's a fun tournament in a fun town. Don't change a thing!"

Allen's team, fishing aboard "Fortuna", a 46 ft.Sonny Briggs, traveled from Pembroke, Bermuda to fish the VBBT. They won 4th place overall and, on the second day, weighed the only marlin of the tournament—a 582.0 lb., 122 in. blue.
