Children's Performance Workshops updated July 20, 2008 It is the mission of Children’s Performance Workshops, a non-profit organization, to teach children to recognize, prevent and disclose child abuse and bullying. They accomplish this, in part, through their Emmy Award winning live marionette production Simon Says, "Just Tell", a story about a young girl in an abusive situation with her uncle. The audience is taken through a day in the life of the little girl and her family as several messages are conveyed, including lessons about strangers, telephone safety, and how to recognize, avoid and disclose sexual abuse (the uncle's "secret games"). It is the vision of CPW to have their educational programs in every school throughout the United States. Children's Performance Workshops is making a difference! To date, Regina Marscheider and her team have helped put hundreds of child molesters behind bars.
